All first time clients that are not referral clients are subject to a client verification process prior to booking of services.
Purest Touch reserves the right to cancel or refuse treatment for any reason. The well-being of the staff of Purest Touch is highly prioritized. If the therapist feels it is unsafe to continue servicing you, we have the discretion to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment with no refund.
Purest Touch does not require a deposit, but clients must put a card on file which will be subject to the Cancellation/No Show Policy listed below. Card must be put on file to secure appointment.
It is our goal to deliver highly personalized services. For that reason, all Purest Touch services are provided by appointment only.
When choosing appointment times please take in consideration that your therapist will arrive at the desired location 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arrival time will be determined based upon the degree of treatment(s).
Please disclose to your service provider of any injuries or surgeries to the area to be serviced.
If you are sick or recently recovered from being sick, please let your service provider know prior to appointment. This includes common cold, flu, fever, or viral infections.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you because your appointment is important to us. We understand that sometimes appointments must be adjusted but we respectfully request a 72-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 72-hour notice are subject to be charged 50% of the fee of the scheduled service.
When booking treatments that will be provided at the Spa Suite be sure to look for the keyword "On-Site". On-site treatments are exclusively offered in the Spa Suite. Location of the Spa Suite will be included in appointment confirmation. Due to limited parking, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior than to your appointment.
No call, no shows will result in the credit card on file being charged for the full scheduled service amount. If card on file declines, an invoice will be sent and the balance will need to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Please notify Purest Touch via text (912-220-7821) of any anticipated delays in appointment start-time. Any arrivals 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened appointment time or are subject to be rescheduled based upon the treatment provider's availability and discretion.
